As a casual Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

Responsibilities for Response Security Guard:
Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Understand that it is an On-Call assignment, working at least 1 day per week, or twice in the same period. You can do more by saying “YES” more.
Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
Multitask and work well under pressure.
Be able to work at any site, any shift, anywhere, and any city as needed.
Respond quickly to critical situations.
Have excellent ability to read and write detailed reports.
Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
Safely patrol by car or on foot as needed.
Easily learn various jobs at different sites.
Work with electronics as needed.
Maintain vehicles and other assigned equipment; follow proper procedures.
Qualifications for Response Security Guard:
Flexible to work any shift as needed, for any Site:
Day/Swing/Grave.
Easily learn your responsibilities of Sites quickly.
You are at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Have at least 2 years security experience, or equivalent in Military or Law Enforcement.
Possess a PILB card, in hand.
Effectively use electronics to fulfill your responsibilities.
Must have at least a HS Diploma or GED in hand.
Pass an extensive screening process.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to work at least once per week, or twice in the same pay period to stay active.
Have a strong work ethic!
