6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Day Shift (On-call availability 24/7 if needed)
Location: Quincy, MA
Pay Range: $23.00 to $25.00 (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage security systems, including surveillance cameras and access control.
Conduct routine security patrols and enforce site protocols.
Supervise security officers, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Manage shift schedules and monitor officer attendance.
Follow and enforce site-specific post orders and assigned duties.
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in security or a related field.
Must be available to respond to phone calls or emails during off-hours.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in data entry.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must be eligible to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Card) for site access.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in security or data entry is preferred.
