Objectives:
Flex must be highly driven security officer career professionals, who possess the knowledge/ability to work and meet the client’s needs at various sites with training and supervision.
Provide security services, either static or mobile patrol as needed.
No set site location. Available to fill shifts where someone has called off or not shown up.
You may be notified 30 minutes to one day ahead of time of need to work a shift.
Most flex work will be mid-day to nights.
Must be able to pass a DMV check and be at least 21 y/o.
3 or less moving violations in the last 2 years
No criminal driving convictions in the last 3 years
No pending criminal driving court dates: DUI, reckless driving, etc.
Acceptance of Flex position requires:
Flex Must provide a reliable/current telephone number where he or she can be reached (this must be a smart phone).
Flex Must return call for assignment within 30 minutes.
Flex Must have reliable transportation.
Flex must be willing to work all shifts, any time, any day (day shift, mid-shift, grave shift, weekends, and Holidays with limited notice).
Wage Rate for Flex and Officer:
Flex guards wage rate will be $ 23.00 per hour. Overtime wages will be paid in accordance with State and Federal law.
This rate is subject to change, at the discretion of Cascadia Global Security Inc.
General Policies:
If a Flex guard has attendance or other performance issues leading to continued corrective action, in accordance with CGS policies, is subject to removal from the Flex/ Super Flex Officer program.
Repeated refusals of assignments requested by Management can result in your removal from the Flex program.
If a Flex leaves or steps down from the program for any reason, their wage rate will be changed to reflect the wage rate linked to site they are re-assigned to.
