As the Chief Compliance Officer at Grace HealthPros, LLC, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our operations align with regulatory standards and best practices in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities
Develop and implement compliance programs that adhere to healthcare regulations and standards.
Oversee risk management strategies to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
Lead training initiatives for staff on compliance policies and procedures.
Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate compliance into strategic planning processes.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs.
Serve as a key point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors.
Foster a culture of integrity and accountability throughout the organization.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor strongly preferred, or Master’s degree in business administration, healthcare management or related field.
Management experience working in complex organizational settings and demonstrated ability to interact with and coordinate activities with various internal and external constituents is required.
Familiarity with health care reimbursement systems, fraud and abuse laws, and patient privacy laws.
Experience in managing and resolving billing and health care regulatory compliance issues as well as in organizational ethics and corporate responsibility matters.
