Metro One LPSG is currently hiring for FLEX unarmed security officers in Tampa, FL!
In these roles, Officers will be responsible for patrolling, observing, and reporting all suspicious activity to management or emergency services while on assigned property. Officers must have great communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a command presence. Selected candidates must have a valid security license for immediate consideration. Shift: FLEX/BENCH Officers – (Must be willing to work weekends, afternoons, and overnights)
Wage: $19/Hour

Unarmed Security Officer Qualifications/Requirements:
Must have a State of Florida Security License.
Must have a flexible schedule, able to work nights & weekends.
Must have up-to-date identification to complete an I-9 form.
Must be able to work a standing/walking post for 8-hour shifts or longer.
Ability to interact with the public in a direct and professional manner, strong interpersonal skills.
Must be willing to participate in the company’s pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable State, County, and Municipal requirements for Security Officers.
