Summary
As a Security Guard at FULL THROTTLE SECURITY CORP, you will be an essential part of our commitment to providing exceptional security services. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ premises and personnel.
Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities.
Manage conflicts effectively, de-escalating situations as necessary.
Provide first aid and CPR when required, ensuring the well-being of individuals on site.
Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to report incidents or concerns.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
Maintain detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role within the security industry.
Strong surveillance skills with the ability to identify potential threats or issues.
Excellent conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is preferred.
Familiarity with CCTV systems and monitoring protocols is essential.
Understanding of loss prevention techniques and strategies is beneficial.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
