Front Desk Associate / Concierge
Pay rate: $18.00 per hour
Location: Willow Grove, PA
Schedule:
8:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
Duties & Responsibilities:
Be an Ambassador for Cardinal Point Security Group:
Be on time. Look sharp in proper uniform. Be engaged. Be consistent.
Pleasantly welcome and screen all guests
Issues identification badges to all visitors.
Direct or escorts guests to appropriate destination
Accept and retrieves packages
Must be in company issued uniform at all times
Must be punctual and on time for all shifts.
Observes and reports unusual or suspicious activity
Interact with guests, staff and residents in a courteous manner
Coordinates with other team members to provide a safe and secure environment
Promptly answers telephone calls with a polite and courteous manner.
Basic Qualifications:
Able to work well under pressure
Must have at least two years of working experience in customer service
Reliable means of communication (active smartphone with the ability to download apps)
Ability to comprehend and utilize the English Language (verbal and written)
Reliable means of transportation
Must be punctual and ready to work at the start of every shift
Complete a criminal background check
Must have a friendly, outgoing personality, and work well with others
Must be professional and courteous with supervisors, and fellow team members
