– Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety of all individuals
– Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents
– Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, including medical situations
– Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
– Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
– Valid security certificate or license
– Proficiency in surveillance techniques and CCTV operation
– Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
– Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and regulations
– Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
– Experience in loss prevention is a plus
