Responsibilities:
– Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure the security of the premises
– Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
– Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
– Write detailed incident reports
– Enforce property rules and regulations
– Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees
– Conduct regular inspections of access points and equipment
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Previous experience in security or related field preferred
– Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
– Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
– Proficient in conflict management techniques
– Familiarity with CCTV systems
