Gate and Access Control Technician Jobs in Tampa, FL at Royce Bravo Security and Access Control
The primary responsibility of the Assistant Shift Supervisor is protecting Ute Mountain Casino assets and personnel, maintain adherence to company safety rules and policies, accurately documenting incidents in and around the casino, and to provide assistance to internal and external guests. Additional responsibilities include responding to medical aides, assisting Emergency Medical Technicians, and documenting medical incidents.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must possess excellent customer service skills both in person and over the phone.
Must have ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality on all department matters.
Must be able and willing to work weekends and holidays.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 21 years or older and able to obtain a UMUGC Support license.
At least 1 year of casino Security or equivalent experience required.
Must have basic computer skills with the ability to operate most standard office equipment including a calculator/10-key, phone, fax, etc.
Must have ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality on all department matters.
Must have ability to two-way communication and telephones effectively.
Must be fluent in English in both verbal and written forms, including effective communication in spelling, grammar, and written communication skills.
