Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled active or retired Law Enforcement Officer to join our security team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to service, integrity, and professionalism while demonstrating the ability to handle various situations with tact and efficiency.
You will be providing armed security services on foot at a retail location.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to emergency calls and incidents, providing assistance as needed.
Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations.
Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring the safety of individuals in distress.
Work with other law enforcement agencies and community organizations to enhance public safety initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in law enforcement or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with the public and colleagues.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure in stressful situations.
