Contract role:6 month contract
Rate:$21.60/hr. ($17/hr + $4.60/hr H&W)
Security Schedule:Thursday to Monday, 3 PM to 11 PM (32 hours shift)
Job Duties
Controls the operation of the main gate and monitors all traffic coming to and/or leaving the Job Corps CCC, which may include:
Monitoring staff and contractor/vendor traffic.
Greeting everyone in a friendly and professional manner.
Ensuring appropriate sign-in and sign-out procedures are complied with.
Answering and screening incoming calls and directing calls to the appropriate staff and/or area.
Monitoring and maintaining all required security documentation, which will be provided at the beginning of the period of performance by the Columbia Basin and Weber Basin Job Corps CCC, and may include:
Access and Exit documentation.
Incident Report Logs.
Inspection and Damage Reports for both vehicles and property.
Conducting security checks on all Center facilities and property at least three times throughout the assigned shift, with the first security check at the beginning of each shift to verify conditions.
