, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational continuity and safety through state-of-the-art security systems and intelligence analysis.
About the Role:
As a GSOC Analyst, you’ll assist in managing over 10 security systems, monitor Paramount operations for threats, prepare intelligence briefings, and respond to incidents in real-time. You’ll be the go-to expert during emergency situations, providing guidance and ensuring seamless execution of security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
System Administration:
Support the development and administration of workflows and business rules in Paramount’s Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) solution.
Emergency Response:
Act as the subject matter expert during emergencies, ensuring effective coordination and decision-making.
Threat Monitoring:
Maintain tools to track global threats and operational risks to Paramount’s business continuity.
Incident Response:
Quickly assess threats, coordinate emergency procedures, and keep all stakeholders informed.
Intelligence Reporting:
Prepare detailed intelligence briefs, daily reports, travel advisories, and analysis on emerging threats.
Operator Support:
Guide and support dispatchers during routine and emergency operations.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Political Science, Emergency Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3+ years of experience with security systems.
Proven ability to draft technical policies, procedures, and detailed reports.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and shift assignments.
Desired Skills and Attributes:
Comprehensive understanding of Security Operations Center policies and procedures.
Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Independent thinker with strongproblem-solvingabilities.
Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
Dedication to quality service and creativeproblem-solving.
Shift Details:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Must be flexible to work holidays, weekends, and occasional overtime.
