Bee-Safe LLC – Elite Armed Security Officer

The Role:
As an Armed Security Officer with Bee-Safe, you will be more than just a presence. You will safeguard individuals, buildings, and property, ensuring the safety and security of the communities we serve. Your daily tasks will involve vigilant patrolling, effective surveillance, incident response, and building strong relationships with the people around you. Adaptability is essential; whether you’re interacting with a large crowd, working solo, or responding to emergencies, you’re prepared to act decisively and confidently.
Responsibilities:
Patrol client buildings and properties to ensure the safety of persons and properties.
Monitor surveillance systems, control access points, and conduct thorough inspections.
Secure premises by permitting entry only to authorized individuals.
Provide outstanding customer service, embodying respect, authority, and approachability.
Remain compliant with all local, state, and federal laws as well as Bee-Safe’s rigorous operating standards.
Respond swiftly and efficiently to emergencies, providing immediate assistance to employees, clients, and the public.
Complete tasks as assigned, contribute to the team effort, and actively engage in ongoing training and qualifications.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements: 21 years of age, high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking), and eligibility to obtain an Ohio Peace Officer Training Commission Firearm Bearer Permit (20-hour firearm course).
Training and Skills: While we provide comprehensive training, candidates must bring inherent qualities such as sound judgment, reliability, and emotional control. You will also be trained in:
Crisis Intervention
Subject Control and Weapons Retention
Use of Force
Surveillance Techniques and Situational Awareness
Additional Requirements: Ability to pass a thorough BCI & FBI background check, drug testing, and psychological evaluation. Candidates must be free of any drug, weapon, violence, or domestic violence convictions.
