Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
We seek a dedicated individual to join our team as a Global Security Operations Center Supervisor. As a GSOC Supervisor, you will oversees the daily operations, ensuring the effective detection, analysis, and response to security threats. Manage a team of Officers, coordinate incident response efforts, and enforce security protocols to protect assets, personnel, and information. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

Operational Oversight:
Monitor Security Systems – Oversee surveillance systems, access control, alarm monitoring, and cybersecurity tools to detect and respond to security threats.
Incident Management – Lead response efforts for security incidents, ensuring proper documentation, escalation, and resolution.
Crisis Response Coordination – Manage emergency situations, including threats, natural disasters, or security breaches, while following established protocols.
Threat Intelligence Analysis – Assess potential risks by analyzing security data and reports from internal and external sources.
Compliance and Reporting – Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements in security operations. Escalate (without delay) complaints and unusual/critical event information to Security Manager and/or designee.
Team Leadership & Supervision:
Supervise GSOC Officers – Manage, train, and provide guidance to GSOC personnel to ensure efficient operations.
Schedule & Assign Tasks – Oversee shift scheduling, workload distribution, and task assignments to maintain 24/7 security coverage.
Quality Control – Ensure all reports, logs, and security responses meet organizational standards.
Communication & Coordination – Serve as a key point of contact between the GSOC, internal departments, law enforcement, emergency responders, and contract security management/security management.
Technology & Process Improvement:
System Maintenance & Upgrades – Work with IT teams to maintain and enhance security technologies, including video surveillance, access control, and monitoring tools. Informs (without delay) the security manager and security management of any missing, damaged, or inoperative equipment or communications, alarm, CCTV, or other systems.
Process Optimization – Continuously improve security protocols, response strategies, and risk mitigation procedures.
Training & Drills – Conduct initial GSOC Officer training, security awareness training, emergency drills, and simulation exercises to prepare staff for real-world scenarios.
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in security operations, law enforcement communications center, emergency response, or a related field.
Prior experience in a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) or Security Operations Center (SOC) environment is highly desirable.
2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a security-related role.
Knowledge of risk assessment, crisis management, and emergency response protocols.
Proficiency in security monitoring systems, access control, and surveillance technologies (e.g., CCTV, intrusion detection, and alarm systems).
Leadership & Communication Skills:
Strong team management and leadership abilities to oversee GSOC/SOC personnel.
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders, law enforcement, and executive leadership.
Ability to develop training programs, conduct security drills, and educate staff on security protocols.
Operational & Administrative Skills:
Experience in incident management and crisis response coordination.
Ability to create and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for security operations.
Strong report writing and documentation skills for security incidents and compliance audits.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, security software, and reporting tools.
Ability to type 55-65 WPM
Other Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, including handling multiple security incidents simultaneously.
Availability to adjust the work schedule to evaluate all communications officers on all shifts as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by direct report and/or security management.
