My client, a global professional services firm specializing in audit, tax, and advisory, is seeking a Cyber Security Partner to lead and expand their cybersecurity practice in Italy. This is a unique opportunity to influence the direction and growth of the practice, delivering tailored cybersecurity solutions across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the cybersecurity strategy for the Italian market, ensuring operational excellence and growth.
Lead the cybersecurity offering with full autonomy, managing approximately €3M in revenue.
Drive business development and foster strong relationships with mid-market clients (€30M–€200M in revenue).
Shape and manage high-performing teams, mentoring and guiding talent for growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a leader with a proven track record in consulting or professional services, ideally with experience in cybersecurity practice management in Italy. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with commercial expertise, possessing the ability to lead teams, develop business, and manage client relationships.
Ideal Experience Includes:
Experience in a consulting or professional services firm.
Track record of founding or leading a cybersecurity practice, ideally in Italy.
Deep understanding of the Italian market and experience managing mid-market clients.
Ability to balance technical depth with commercial acumen, driving sales and leading teams.
Proven experience in talent management, including hiring, mentoring, and developing teams.
Personal Attributes:
