I’m currently looking for a Leader in Cyber Security to manage a security team within GRC and Security!
You will be joining the most successful Fintech outside of London and working alongside the C suite team, which means you will have a massive opportunity to make your own stamp on things and shape the way they;
Create cross-functional relationships to ensure security is embedded into their processes and culture.
Take ownership of the delivery of their cyber security strategy.
Create and implement incident response and disaster recovery plans
Lead and coach a team of 3.
Essentials for this role
Leadership within a Highly regulated environment (SAAS preferable)
ISO 27001, SOC2, Cyber Essentials, and NIST.
PCI-DSS is massively favourable but not essential
CISSP or CISM certification
This is going to be an amazing role for someone who wants to roll their sleeves up and make a massive impact on a growing business!
