Your Role & Team:
As the Head of IT at CreditorWatch, you will report to the CTO leading our I.T. department and be pivotal in driving our technological strategy and implementation. This role involves overseeing both internally managed and third-party I.T. infrastructure, aligning I.T. initiatives with business objectives, managing cybersecurity, spearheading digital transformation efforts, and leading a team of I.T. professionals.
You are a service-oriented individual who combines strategic long-term initiatives with the needs of our employees to help take our I.T. infrastructure to a new level. What will you be doing?
Develop and implement strategic I.T. roadmaps, policies and processes.
Oversee and ensure the security, efficiency, and effectiveness of the I.T. infrastructure.
Lead I.T. projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and digital initiatives.
Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
Provide leadership, coaching and development opportunities to the I.T. team.
Work closely with other department heads to align technology solutions with business needs.
Strategically managing and guiding the I.T. department to align with business goals and departmental budgets.
Ensuring robust I.T. security and efficient system operations.
What are we looking for?
Proven experience in I.T. leadership and management.
Strong understanding of I.T. systems, network management, and some knowledge of cybersecurity.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to strategise, innovate, and solve problems effectively.
Capability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Experience working with Microsoft 365, Identity platforms and a Mac OSX based environment.
