They are looking for an accomplished leader to take on the role of Head of MSSP.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operations of their Managed Security Services Provider division.
You will provide security advice and guidance to clients and act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand their security risks and recommending appropriate solutions.
You will also drive sales and client acquisition, being directly involved in sales and marketing activities, identifying potential clients, managing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
This position requires a strong background in cybersecurity, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering top-tier managed security services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the strategic vision for the MSSP division, aligning with overall company goals.
Lead a high-performing team of security professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
Drive business growth by expanding the MSSP portfolio, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in cybersecurity.
Oversee the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and protocols.
Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to continually enhance our offerings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in a leadership role within an MSSP or cybersecurity-focused organisation.
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and industry best practices.
Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
