Job DescriptionResponsible for the following tasks:

Develop and design a Customer Centre Security Plan defining the required standards for security management to protect the Customer Centre’s integrity, people, product and assets, including information.

Identify the threats and risks specific to the Customer Centre environment and implement appropriate controls to address vulnerabilities.

Ensure compliance with the national/local/state law and regulations, and adapt Security Plan accordingly.

Define, implement and control the Customer Centre Security Operating Procedures to comply with Airbus Helicopters Security Policy, Directives and Standards, country and specific security legislature and all regulatory and contractual requirements.

Ensure legal and administrative declaration/homologation required by Secret acts and Defense contracts (if existing).

Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and act as the point of contact at the Customer Centre level for law enforcement and government authorities in relation to security matters.

Ensure that all security incidents are recorded and reported to the necessary parties any other relevant authority; and investigated when deemed necessary..

Provide day-to-day operational oversight of Customer Centre security and cascade information and directives to Site Security Operation Managers / Points of Contact (if existing) and service providers, as required.

Regularly communicate with management and employees relating to security and provide support on security policies and directives.

Develop and maintain the Security Emergency Response and Crisis Management Plans.

Collate all security-related information and establish a reporting protocol to ensure the impacts from security incidents are appropriately assessed; and mitigation measures and corrective actions implemented.

Plan all security training needs.

Manage of the security budget to ensure that all security requirements and resources are appropriately covered.

Provide support and resources for compliance activities such as audits and self-assessments.

Oversee the contracting of security service suppliers.

Ensure the deployment of security awareness campaigns and participate actively in the development and raising of security awareness.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
