Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as Head of Security for Pairpoint based in Lisbon, with some flexibility for remote work. The Head of Security will be responsible for overseeing and implementing security measures such as business continuity, network security, information security, cybersecurity, and physical security. The Head of Security will also work closely with other departments to ensure security compliance in all aspects of the business.
Effectively lead the information security organisation and inspire working towards a clear vision.- Developed, implemented and monitor a strategic comprehensive information security, product security and risk management program across the company
Design and achieve PCI
Partner with stakeholders across the company to raise awareness of risk management topics
Participate in shaping overall technology and product development roadmaps, representing the security and compliance perspective
Qualifications
Expertise in business continuity, network security, information security, cybersecurity, and physical security
Experience in implementing security measures across organizations
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Expertise in security compliance regulations and laws
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
