Job Description:
As the Head of Security Architecture, you will drive strategic security initiatives, lead the design of secure cloud solutions, and protect the global data infrastructure from evolving threats. If you’re an experienced architect with a deep understanding of cloud security, compliance frameworks, and the banking industry, we would love to connect!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine security strategy, policy, and cloud security standards. Lead cloud transformation projects and security assessments in line with mandates and regulatory requirements. Oversee cloud security roadmap, third-party assessments, and secure design frameworks. Collaborate across teams as a trusted security advisor. Evaluate and refine security architectures, solutions, and cloud security blueprints.
Required Skills:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Strong understanding of Azure & AWS architecture, firewalls, intrusion detection, cryptography. Knowledge of industry standards (TOGAF, SABSA, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SWIFT, etc.). Prior experience in banking & financial services security (online banking, ATMs, payments, etc.). Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSK, Azure certifications).
Experience:
8-12 years in information security, with at least 5 years in cloud security in a financial institution. This role is perfect for those with a strong technical background, proven
leadership
