Your tasks
Organization and optimization of IT security processes in coordination with the UMGreifswald-wide specifications, especially in the areas of change, incident, service and project management
Conducting employee appraisals and promoting the further development of employee qualifications in the area of IT security
Strategic further development of IT security procedures at Greifswald University Medicine
Independent conceptualization, development and implementation of future-oriented IT security projects and strategies for medical processes
Implementation and execution of an internal training concept in the area of IT security
Co-design and implementation of the IT security strategy and development of the IT security team
Our requirements
Completed studies in the field of computer science, IT security or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in the field of IT security, ideally in a medical environment
Sound knowledge in the areas of change, incident, service and project management
Experience in conducting employee appraisals and promoting employee qualifications
Ability to independently design and implement IT security projects and strategies
Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as strategic thinking ability
