What a typical shift looks like:
Control access and egress to the property, observe and report incidents.
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with the employees and guests.
Deter criminal activity and misconduct.
Compose written and verbal reports of observed security and safety concerns.
Perform duties as specified in client post orders and within company protocols.
Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of property (interior and exterior).
Conducting security checks and random searches
Qualifications include:
Good driving record and ability to work independently.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Comfortable using a smartphone to complete work assignments
Must be able to pass a thorough background check.
Detail oriented and good communication skills.
