Job Description
As a Security Officer – Government Patrol in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more .
Our Patrol Officers play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment within government facilities. With a focus on visibility, they conduct routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents and provide exceptional customer service. Officers are expected to communicate clearly with the public and staff, embodying our values of agility, reliability, and innovation. This unarmed position requires a minimum of two years of experience in the field, emphasizing teamwork and integrity in all interactions. Our officers are dedicated to fostering a caring culture that prioritizes people and community well-being.
Position Type: Part Time
Pay Rate: $19.45 / Hour
Job Schedule:
DayTimeFri01:00 PM – 05:00 PMSat12:00 PM – 05:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when necessary.
Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 2 years of security experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
