Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security person to oversee the safety and security operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will interface with other departments and club personnel and ensure that all members and guests of the club adhear to club regulations and policies.
Duties
Supervise and coordinate the club activities to ensure a safe environment for all employees, members and visitors.
Monitor club activities and assure compliance in all areas and respond appropriately in order to resolve any issues.
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to assess security measures and identify areas for improvement.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage to property
Manage conflict situations effectively, utilizing conflict management techniques to de-escalate issues.
Prepare detailed reports on incidents, investigations, and security breaches for management review.
Experience
Proven experience within the security industry or related field.
Knowledge of surveillance systems, loss prevention techniques, and emergency response protocols.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred; additional certifications related to security management are a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 38 per week
Schedule:
12 hour shift
Evening shift
Holidays
Monday to Friday
Weekends only
