Job DescriptionMajor tasks and expected results
Support The Head Of Country KSA In
delivering a single AIRBUS security set of referenced policies and plans, standards, being aware of the AIRBUS security organisation and AIRBUS security policies/procedures worldwide,
briefing each newcomer during his induction,
updating Personnel On Board about all AIRBUS teams on a weekly basis and tracking all travellers in the Kingdom,
running a permanent watch for the proper appliance of the rules and best practices,
keeping all country security providers under observation, identifying and liaising with other security managers in the region,
liaising as required with diplomats and security officials on the security situation in the region,
enforcing security regulations for all AIRBUS employees, substructures, Health and Safety and IT,
forwarding the AIRBUS security warnings and updated recommendations to all travelers and expatriates,
supporting permanently travelers and expatriates with instantaneous capability to react and propose solutions in case of incidents or crisis including withdrawal planning, repatriations or restrictive measures for business travel and investigating on major incident in the country,
running evaluations and local audits on all kinds of premises used by Airbus employees,
proposing improvements on security procedures and installations,
supporting of incoming events, e.g. delegations, special visitors,
developing, implementing and checking the effectiveness of security education awareness in compliance with AIRBUS tools and messages, adding local warnings in relation with the country environment,
establishing, developing and managing effective relationship with key external stakeholders and relevant local authorities,
responsible for the training of security/reception staff in their roles and responsibilities and ensuring proper utilization of the security controls.

Key Competencies / Required Skills
Good knowledge in Arabian countries with sound experience in cultural, political, religious and cultural features.
Good verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
Strong experience in security management, i.e. demonstrated capabilities in crisis and challenging environment.
Strong experience in intelligence gathering and networking. An existing network in the Kingdom would be a clear advantage.
Valuable understanding of the AIRBUS business assets and networks in KSA (aerospace products and services, customers and partners behaviour, enterprise global strategy regarding competitors and market opportunities).
Ability to work in a shared environment and multinational team, problem-solving and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge in IT-Security and HSE to overview their specialists’ activities.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
