This role is eligible to participate in ALDI’s Hybrid Work Program, which allows remote work up to 3 days per week (i.e., work remotely up to 3 days per week; work in-office at least 2 days per week).

Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Assists in addressing inquires in the team inbox, providing guidance to the business in an effective and timely manner.
• Supports collaboration of communicative collaboration with various business partners to develop and deliver the necessary resources to effectively communicate policy and procedural updates to employees.
• Assists with the development of project plans, coordination of implementation and involvement of multiple business stakeholders for projects and initiatives.
• Identifies priorities among tasks, deliverables, resources and schedule based on needs of assigned project, communicating completion to project leads.
• Supports development and implementation of new policies and procedures including preparation and maintenance of the employee handbook.
• Aids project leads in evaluation of reporting needs for assigned projects, collaborating with necessary working groups, in order to provide creative and quantitative data to determine ROI for leadership and various business partners.
• Completes appropriate project documentation as identified by project leads.
• Remains current on federal, state, and local legislation and regulations impacting Human Resources.
• Provides support with implementation and rollout of large-scale projects.
• Maintains a thorough understanding of HR regulations and keeps knowledge up to date through various forms of ongoing training.
• Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader.
• Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required.
• Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
