About the Role
As anInbound Officer, you will be responsible for handling after-sales requests and concerns to address customer needs. You will additionally handle a variety of tasks, such as responding to emails or requests sent through CRM (customer relationship management) systems. Establishing positive connections with both internal and external customers by offering exceptional service that fosters customer loyalty will also be part of your role.
How you’ll contribute
Monitors and assists with processing and resolution of client-initiated requests received via CRM or email.
Provides support and assistance to other units of the Bank in investigating and addressing customer complaints, by providing complete and accurate information needed for the resolution.
Maintains an effective monitoring system using available applications and tools to be able to track the status and progress of each case
What we’re looking for
With 2 – 4 years of relevant experience
Must have in-depth knowledge of consumer lending products.
With a solid understanding and background in customer service.
Has exceptional quantitative and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with different key stakeholders
