We are seeking a highly qualified Security Supervisor to join our Environmental Health Safety and Security (EHSS) Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing security operations and ensuring the implementation of comprehensive security protocols.
Primary Responsibilities
Oversee and manage security shift operations to maintain facility protection and safety standards
Execute and enforce security procedures in accordance with organizational policies
Facilitate communication with governmental authorities and manage regulatory compliance
Direct emergency response coordination and crisis management protocols
Supervise, develop, and evaluate security personnel performance
Ensure operational readiness of security systems and equipment
Generate and maintain detailed documentation of security operations and incidents
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in oil and gas industry security operations
Demonstrated supervisory experience of 5+ years in a security management role
Advanced certification in Environmental Health, Safety, and Security practices (preferred)
Must be approved by High Commission for Industrial Security (HCIS)
