Reviews content for generic/specific training programs and ensures alignment with the training need analysis and required quality standards.
Conducts training and awareness sessions for individual Divisions and Departments as per training plan and schedule.
Assists in conducting ad-hoc sessions as and when required in emergency situations to create awareness around the necessary precautions to be taken.
Consolidates the required training material and liaises with the Training & Development Department to regularly update training material.
In liaison with the Training Specialist, manages end-to-end delivery of training in order to develop and enhance employees’ knowledge, skills and competencies relating to safety and security.
Provides an overview of the training content and process to the participants.
Facilitates group learning by building collaborative relations among the participants.
Utilizes a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
Observes and tracks learning progress of the participants.
Elicits feedback and revises training modules based on feedback and learning gained in training process.
