Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment while managing site personnel and resources effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond to various situations with professionalism.

Security Supervisor
Responsible for overseeing all security operations at locations
Covers post as needed
Ensuring adherence to security protocols
Responding to incidents, emergencies
Monitor guard rotations, schedule and ensure proper coverage throughout shifts
Conduct regular security patrols and inspections of the site to identify vulnerabilities
Implement security protocols and procedures per company guidelines
Maintain detailed logs of security activities and incidents
Prepare and submit to branch manager comprehensive reports regarding security issues and incidents
Communicate effectively
Manage security equipment and supplies, ensuring proper maintenance and inventory
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in security operations and supervision (2 year experience preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to assess security risks and implement preventative measures
Valid security guard license and any required certifications (first aid certification preferred)
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
