Review, identity and access requests submitted by the Business using the Electronic Access Form (EAF)
Approve or reject requests adhering to Funds’ identity and access management procedures and service level agreements, while documenting decisions and updating Service Requests tickets
Work with the administrators of systems for which access has been approved to implement the approved system access requests
Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects and engage in process analysis, design, and implementation to continually improve IAM processes and respond to changing organizational needs
Work with IAM stakeholders to document requirements, standards, processes, and submit change requests as needed
Collaborate on Information Security (IS) and Information Technology (IT) projects and other work efforts to ensure security risks are mitigated, controls are implemented, and vulnerability remediation issues are addressed throughout the project, systems, and application development life cycle
Assist in audits of system access identity governance, monitoring of Active Directory through Varonis; and accessing, planning, testing, reporting and recommending appropriate risk mitigation measures
Analyze and resolve access issues, coordinating with application owners or technical support resources as necessary
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field required
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience or CompTIA security certification required
• Experience using Oracle Information Governance (OIG) in an Active Directory (AD) environment
• Knowledge and understanding of how system access is managed by its system administrators
•Project managementskills preferred
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills
• Superb written and verbalcommunication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate security and risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences, interpersonal skills andcollaborativeskills a must
• Self-directed, self-starter, and motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Available to work evenings and weekends as needed
