We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team and help safeguard our IT infrastructure. In this role, you will monitor network and firewall activity, analyze security events, and respond to threats in real time. You’ll also support the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures, assess vendor compliance, and help drive our overall IT risk management strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in information security roles.
Security+ and/or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification preferred.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, HITRUST, and other privacy/security regulations.
Strong risk management and mitigation skills across IT project lifecycles.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Knowledge of SDLC, code review, and secure coding practices.
Preferred Technical Experience:
Security tools including SIEM, DLP, IDS/IPS.
Vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus, Qualys, Rapid7, or Accunetix.
Security standards like ISO 27002, NIST, and Shared Assessments.
Scripting for automation using Python or PowerShell.
Experience with data classification, access control models, and penetration testing.
