Position Description
The Anoka County Information Technology Department is dedicated to deliveringinnovativeand cost-effective technology solutions in partnership with county divisions, departments, offices, local jurisdictions, and the public.
We are seeking an Information Security Analyst to play a pivotal role in safeguarding and enhancing the security of Anoka County’s technology infrastructure. This position is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security threats and incidents, ensuring the integrity and safety of our systems, networks, and data.

Pay & Benefits
Salary: $70,012 to $84,011 ($33.66 to $40.39 per hour).
2025 Anoka County Salary Schedule Grade 34: $70,012 to $98,009 ($33.66 to $47.12 per hour).
24 days of paid flexible time off and up to 12.5 paid holidays.

Work Location
This position will work at Anoka County Government Center, located at 2100 3rd Ave, Anoka MN 55303.
This position may be eligible forflexible work arrangements, including hybrid work, with some days working remotely and some days working in the office.
Typical work hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m.
– 4:30 p.m., however occasional after-hours work may be required to meet business needs.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
