Overview
The Information Security team is looking for a project manager that will be responsible for managing Cyber Hygiene’s portfolio and Audit observations and assisting the program in delivering the annual targets. In this context the Project Manager will manage and coordinate the activity of specialists, technicians and analysts to ensure that tasks are performed that result in deliverables while continuously identifying and mitigating underlying risks.

What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, aligning with business goals and technical requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project scopes, objectives, milestones, and timelines
Prioritize deliveries and features based on impact, resources, and strategic alignment, ensuring program objectives are clearly communicated and achievable
Coordinate Dependencies: Manage dependencies across internal teams, external vendors, and other related programs, ensuring alignment and integration
Stakeholder Reporting and Escalation: serve as the primary escalation point, providing regular status updates and addressing issues with senior management, key stakeholders, regulators
Drive Technical Delivery: Understand the Business requirements, translate the requirement to the technical deliveries by reviewing design, approving the technical solutions
Problem Solving and Unblocking: Identify technical challenges, propose solutions, consult with Architects and other subject matter experts (SME), lead teams to resolve issues.
Skills You’ll Need
Advanced experience in Information Technology (IT) Project Management, preferably related to IT Security project and program management methodologies, approaches, and tools (PMP, PRINCE2®, MSP® certifications are preferred)
Expert knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools, and techniques
Proven leadership and general management skills, including advanced negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities
Experience in managing complex IT development program and managing technology of larger, complex IT systems
Closely work with Production Support team to ensure smooth deployment and mitigate risk
Skills to Help you Excel
Expert-level organization and planning skills, with strong analytical and collaborative skills
Experience in methods of estimating time and resources for task assignments
Good knowledge and understanding of Information Security concepts, with experience working with Internal / External Auditors and Regulators
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and able to use advanced features of PowerPoint and Excel SharePoint, project management and reporting automation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $78,000 to $111,800. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
