Job Summary
Protect an organization’s system against advanced persistent threats from cyberspace.
Key Responsibilities
Implement protections, test for vulnerabilities, and monitor for security breaches.
Develop and implement secure network solutions.
Conduct assessments and penetration testing.
Manage audit/intrusion and security technology systems.
Troubleshoot unauthorized access and provide cyber security solutions.
Lead security incident response efforts.
Configure host-based, network, and cloud-based security systems.
Observe and respond to IDS cues and anti-virus alerts.
Plan, implement, manage, and upgrade security measures.
Respond to system and network security breaches.
Identify and address technology issues including security trends and threats.
Develop Information Security Plans and Policies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in cyber security.
Proficient in Python, bash, and PowerShell.
Knowledge of cyber security methodologies and hacking techniques.
Experience with Firewalls, Cloud Application Security, and Endpoint Security.
Security certifications (e.g. CEH, CISSP, CISM).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
