What You’ll Dive Into:
As our Information Security Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the security and confidentiality of our members’ information. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading the development and ongoing refinement of our information security program
Identifying risks and crafting strategies to mitigate them, ensuring our members’ dreams are never compromised
Mentoring the Information Security and Risk Operations Specialist, fostering a team that’s as dedicated as you are
Overseeing the implementation of top-notch information security monitoring processes
Managing our data governance program and ensuring smooth operations with periodic updates to our management team
You’ll also champion promoting information security awareness across the credit union, collaborating with various teams to fortify our defenses and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Who We’re Looking For:
A holder of a relevant BS or BA degree, or someone with an equivalent blend of knowledge and experience
A professional with 3 to 5 years in a leadership or similar role, ready to tackle the unique challenges of information security
A candidate with professional certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CRISC, or someone eager to achieve them
You’re all about accountability, detail-oriented, and service-focused, both internally and for our members
Your decision-making skills are sharp, and you’re known for your interpersonal prowess
You pride yourself on the quality and quantity of your work, professionalism, leadership abilities, collaborative spirit, and problem-solving skills
