As an Information Security Officer, you will act as a trusted advisor and proactive partner across the organization, embedding security into every facet of our operations. From assessing risks to ensuring compliance with global standards, your role will be central to protecting our assets while enabling innovation.

Your Main Responsibilities

Be a security partner for project teams, embedding security practices into project planning and execution.

Implement and maintain compliance with ISO 27001/2, NIST, and other frameworks.

Conduct IT risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and design mitigation strategies.

Manage third-party security controls and ensure partner compliance with our standards.

Develop and maintain comprehensive security policies, procedures, and incident response plans.

Travel days to be expected are minimal, with occasional on-site collaboration with affiliates as needed.

How You Will Contribute To The Team

We’re looking for a highly experienced professional with at least 5 years of information security expertise. You should have a strong understanding of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001/2, NIST) and hands-on experience with IT risk assessments and security tools. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor will make you a standout candidate.

Beyond technical skills, we value individuals who bring a collaborative mindset, excellent communication abilities, and the confidence to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Being able to simplify complex security concepts for non-technical audiences and provide actionable guidance is key to success in this role.
