As a part of the Information Security team at WinZO, your core responsibilities would be developing and leading the information security program. This involves protecting the organization’s assets, applications, systems, and technology while enabling and advancing business outcomes.

Responsibilities
Developing and implementing secure processes and systems used to prevent, detect, mitigate, and recover from cyberattacks.
Educating and managing technology risk in collaboration with business leaders.
Building and driving a cybersecurity strategy and framework, with initiatives to secure the organization’s cyber and technology assets.
Continuously evaluating and managing the cyber and technology risk posture of the organization.
Implementing and managing the cyber governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) process.
Enforcing adherence to data security practices and ensuring the company’s data privacy is secure.
Developing and implementing ongoing security awareness training and education for users.
Leading cybersecurity operations and implementing disaster recovery protocols and business continuity plans with business resilience in mind.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications – Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Relevant experience managing complex data and security problems with a strong understanding of IT and security.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex plans and designs.
Should be innovative, creative, flexible, and self-motivated.
Demonstrated data-driven decision-making and strong customer empathy.
