JOB PURPOSE
As the Information Security Support, your primary responsibility is providing support in information security operations – email validation, security operation ticket handling, customer request handling, conducting security awareness training and security risk assessment.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs third-party risk assessments to ensure that all third parties are implementing the required security measures to protect Pioneer data.
Conducts Privacy Impact Assessment in accordance with Data Privacy Act.
Conducts privacy and security audit of various processes.
Assists in the registration, renewal and submission of required reports to the National Privacy Commission.
Assists in handling and providing evidence during security audits of third parties or clients.
Supports the documentation and dissemination of security and privacy-related policies and procedures.
Assists in the preparation of reports and summarize the results of operations and monitoring.
Develops and conducts necessary presentations related to assigned tasks as necessary.
Closely collaborates with the stakeholders to ensure the audit is completed within the agreed time.
Supports the promotion of security and data privacy awareness among employees.
Supports the Information Security & Governance team in achieving its goals and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
College Graduate with a degree in Information Technology/Information System, Accounting, Electronic and Communication Engineer or Political Science. Preferably with security licenses/certifications (i.e., ISO, ISACA) or equivalent but not required.
Familiarity with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Experience in conducting and handling audit particularly on third party security and privacy audit.
Experience in conducting Privacy impact assessment, policy development and documentation.
Experience in ISMS implementation and /or any ISO certification is advantage.
Ability to clearly communicate key knowledge. Demonstrate good listening skills and be sensitive to organizational opportunities and challenges.
