We are looking for a highly motivated IT Manager to join our team. An ideal candidate will have experience in –
Collaboration with group IT support team in Germany to manage tickets, requests, and problems, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
Provide end-to-end support to the employees; troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems, including user access and component configuration, tests, etc.
Manage hardware procurement, installation, and system implementation.
Ensure vendor compliance with NDAs and security protocols, consolidate vendors for improved control, pricing, and escalation.
Plan and prepare IT growth and replacement requirements.
Collaborate with Finance to develop and manage the IT budget, prepare and justify IT investment requests.
Support other departments in preparing IT-related investment requests.
Collaborate with IT Risk & Security to identify and mitigate security threats.
Manage system vulnerabilities through patching and updates.
Coordinate with vendors for third-party application vulnerability fixes.
Collaborate with GROUP IT’s IT Architecture and Security teams on security solutions.
Collaborate with the IT Governance officer to ensure compliance.
Manage and deliver IT projects (e.g., IT application software implementations & roll out, Audio-Video solutions, DMS, e-commerce and system integrations).
Prepare and submit demand requests to GROUP IT for project resources.
Inspect store locations and provide layout requirements.
Prepare quarterly review reports summarizing IT performance metrics.
Participate in quarterly security meetings with the CIO Office and Security & Risk Management.
Attend monthly review meetings for Infrastructure, Backend, and Digital Workspace with GROUP IT.
Manage corrective actions following quarterly and monthly reviews.
Provide user training staff for SAP and various other IT skills
Provide user support for SAP and coordinate with the headquarters for user support and new requirements
Job Specifications :
An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-6 years’ experience in IT Management, managing complex IT projects, infrastructure deployments and system migrations
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
Specialised in MS office, hardware, software, server management and IT equipment’s, SAP, application integrations, and IT Budgeting
Skilled in networking, server administration, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies like MS Teams and SharePoint, Vendor Management, Negotiation
Must be a good team player and strong interpersonal skills
