We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our team. Responsibilities
Assist in managing and maintaining cloud technology principles, with a focus on Microsoft Azure & Network Operations
Support tasks related to Microsoft 365 Platform and Azure services.
Perform basic networking tasks, including working with LAN, WAN, VPN, Switching, and Routing.
Provide support for operating systems, including Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server, and Linux
Assist with tasks in Windows Server environments
Contribute to network infrastructure management and troubleshooting.
Provide support in M365 administration, particularly in areas like Microsoft Defender and Intune
Deliver end-user support and address technical issues efficiently.
Qualifications And Skills
Basic understanding of cloud technology principles such as Microsoft Azure
Knowledge of networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, Switching and Routing.
Basic Understanding with Windows Server environments and Linux is Plus
Knowledge with operating systems, including Windows 10, Windows 11
Basic knowledge of Office 365 administration, especially MS Defender, Exchange and Intune will be an added advantage
Basic Understanding of the ITIL V4 Framework.
Ability to provide End user support
Experience with ITSM tools such as Jira or ServiceNow is a plus.
Basic understanding of security technologies (a significant advantage
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Preferred Certifications
AZ-900 (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals)
MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator) Will be an added advantage
