Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and software applications.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including servers, workstations, printers, and peripherals.
Provide technical support to internal users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and answering IT-related inquiries.
Perform system upgrades and patches to ensure security and reliability.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery plans to safeguard critical information.
Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT infrastructure and security.
Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as an IT Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
