Micah Solutions FZE is looking for IT Support Executive specializing in Healthcare to join a Group of Medical Centers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to healthcare professionals, ensuring that all IT systems and applications are functioning efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will be pivotal in enhancing the quality of IT services within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

Provide first and second-level support for hardware and software issues related to healthcare IT systems

Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for end-users, including medical staff and administrative personnel

Install, configure, and maintain healthcare software applications and medical devices

Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and installations, ensuring minimal disruption to services

Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, resolutions, and system configurations

Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and improve IT infrastructure and services

Train healthcare staff on the effective use of IT systems and technology

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in technology usage and data handling

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Proven experience as an IT Support Executive or similar technical support role, preferably in the healthcare sector

Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems, applications, and electronic health records (EHR)

Excellent troubleshooting skills and technical problem-solving abilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with healthcare professionals

Familiarity with IT security standards and practices in healthcare

Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus

Experience with telemedicine solutions and mobile health applications

Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) as they apply to IT practices
