Description of Training Provider Program Description
This program is provided as a multiple certification training program consisting of the following:
Computer Fundamentals (CompTIA ITF+):An introduction to basic IT knowledge that helps students gain the necessary tech competencies and skills while exploring in-demand careers in IT. Once students complete this course, they are eligible for the (CompTIA ITF+) (48 hours).
Hardware & Software Application (CompTIA A+ Certification):Establishes a nationally recognized standard for the competency of service technicians in the computer industry. This course provides students with a solid foundation in PC hardware and operating system knowledge as well ashands-ontraining necessary to succeed in the A+ Certification curriculum. (72 hours).
Computer Network Technology (CompTIA Network +):Technicians assist in the installation and maintenance of LANs and/or WANs. Network+ is a vendor-neutral technology certification that verifies the certified individual has the skills and knowledge needed to build, manage, and protect data networks. (72 hours).
Fundamentals of Information Security (CompTIA Security + Certification Training):Security+ is the most widely adopted ISO/ANSI-accredited early career cybersecurity certification on the market withhands-on, performance-based questions on the certification exam. (72 hours).
