Responsibilities
Liaison between Dev. team in Japan and Sales team in US
Customer Success-Understand their needs, troubleshoot any issues, and guide them toward successful product adoption
Optimize efficiency to support the sales team in achieving targets.
Tracking product feature requests and development progress
Correspondence technical questions/issues raised by Customer Support team.
Assist customers with security-related inquiries
Prepare Manuals and Sales materials
Update user manuals, technical documentation, and sales collateral.
New product launch support
Qualifications
Understanding of device software (e.g., Android), networks, and security (a plus).
Deep Troubleshooting Knowledge: device, Wi-Fi, and networks.
Experienced customer support at IT industry
Strong proficiency in both spoken and written Japanese and English.
