About Your Future RoleAs our Security Architect, you will be part of the Group Security by Design & Delivery (SDD) department, within the Group CISO Area of the Nexi Group. Here you’ll be empowered to try out new ideas and find solutions while being part of a great team where trust, support and sparring are valued a lot.
The SDD department is international and operates at the Nexi Group level, with a mission to ensure that security requirements are integrated into all Projects across the Group (Business and other), as well as to manage Security Project delivery for the Group CISO Area.
SDD consists of two Teams: South SDD Team and North SDD Team. While each Team is focused on a subset of Nexi Group Regions, both continuously collaborate, particularly when it comes to cross-Group activities. Both Teams are powered by our Security by Design Architects and Security Project Managers, all located in different European countries with Nexi Group presence.

Your Key Responsibilities In This Role Will Be
Assist the Security by Design & Delivery and its initiatives, related internal processes and methods, and drive target outcomes in line with defined strategies.
Assist ensuring the definition, cost estimation and integration of security requirements into IT projects, as part of the Security by Design process
Assist as an interface for the Group CISO Area and coordinate various stakeholders.
Assist in security reviews of technical architecture designs and related artefacts.
Assist in representing Security by Design & Delivery in the Technical Design Authority (TDA) process.
Support other tasks, in line with agreed priorities.

Qualifications Needed To Be Successful In This Role
University degree, preferred in IT domain.
Proactivity and ability to work both individually and as part of a team, in an international environment.
+ 2 years of experience in information security principles and technologies
Basic understanding of security frameworks, architecture, and engineering principles
Basic understanding of highly regulated environments, ideally PCI DSS
Basic understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery principles
Basic understanding of physical security principles and good practices
Word processing applications, spread sheet and presentation applications.
Good spoken and good written communication skills, including report writing for different audiences.
Analytical skills with attention to details
Problem-solving skills with ability to generate concrete and applicable solutions under minimum supervision.
