We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Office Safety Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors.
Responsibilities
Monitor and authorize the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
Operate surveillance equipment including CCTV systems to monitor activities within the facility.
Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances or incidents.
Enforce rules and regulations set forth by the organization while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Provide assistance in emergency situations.
Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
Collaborate with law enforcement as needed in the event of criminal activity or emergencies.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar protective role.
Valid security guard license/Guard Card.
Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Familiarity with operating CCTV systems and other security technology.
Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
Must pass background checks as required by company policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
