The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience, be fluent in English and Spanish; and possess both Security D and G Licenses along with a personal firearm.
The Supervisor will:
Oversee and implement organizational procedures and strategies.
Supervise and guide employees to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
Exhibit professional conduct and appearance, setting a benchmark for the team.
Complete required reports and log entries diligently.
Investigate security incidents and make decisive judgments adhering to our best practices, policies, and procedures.
Maintain active security licenses and ensure a clean driving record.
Experience Required:
Fluent in English; Spanish is advantageous.
Possess both Security D and G Licenses.
Personal firearm for ARMED Security Supervisor role.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
Impeccable driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Comprehensive understanding of security operations, safety procedures, and best practices.
Reliable and dependable.
Flexible availability, including afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Effective communication skills, both orally and written.
Valid class D and G licenses issued by the State of Florida.
Valid FL Driver’s License
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Proficient in using a smartphone.
Must pass a background check.
Strong communication skills in a multicultural, professional setting.
Ability to complete security-related tasks on time and to standard.
